Delivery conditions

• Deliveries are Monday to Friday during business hours 

• Transit times are estimates that may change 

• Driver may leave parcels in a safe place if the receiver is unavailable 

• Driver may redirect parcels to a collection point or depot if they can't be left in a safe place
